I'd settle for a consistent version of the Atlanta Hawks.

How many teams are really younger and more talented than the Knicks? OKC maybe, but anyone else? The rest of the great NBA teams are veteran teams. Miami and LA are the only other teams i consider more talented than the Knicks.

i think there are a bunch of teams who are right around where the Knicks are: Spurs, Boston, LAClips, Indiana, 76ers. Bulls when Rose is back.

All dependent on health of guys.

I was the one who said the Knicks could be like the Bulls with Rose. Pretty much a one man offensive team. Sure Amar'e is our 2nd option, but for the most part we're not loaded with dependable scoring options. We don't have a lot of guys that can score on their own. Of course Felton and Smith can score, but you don't depend on them to deliver consistently. For example, the Nets have Deron and Johnson right off the bat. Say what you want about B Lopez, but dude can score. Brooks is a scorer that doesn't need help. I mean it's a totally different thing than the Knicks and our offensive make up.

Woody is a Larry Brown disciple so there will be a more controlled style of play which can be a good thing. It's not a lock that the Knicks will have problems scoring, but this isn't a team that you expect to be explosive UNLESS the defense is like it was late last year and creates a lot of fast breaks off TO's. It's the defensive end that could lead to a lot of scoring much like the Heat, so if you're looking for another more positive comparison, there you go.

I pray it's not the throw it in the post to melo or amare while every one stands around..We could have brought in chris dudu for that..

The one thing I notice a difference on the defensive end with the knicks since Woody got here..Our abilty to strip the ball increase significantly, and turning those into fast break points was a staple of or attack.

We need that, but since we can't really depend on kidd or to run, I expect a half court pnr ..Woody's offense has the potential to turn Felton and Novak into avg players..
