Never count out Boston especially when they clearly improved. Ray Allen was in and out of the lineup all year last season

The East is actually gonna be tough. In particular the Atlantic. Still the Knicks are a tough group. I think teams are gonna run into a Buzz Saw when they come into the Garden this year. That Knicks defense is gonna be tough to deal with from a lot of teams that won't see that kind of D every night.

Really if we can just get STAT back to his career level on his jumper and tame the wild nature of JR, this team could really be an Elite team this year. People look at the age of our bench, but that's the wrong way to view those guys. They don't play from a purely physical aspect of the game. They play SMART and TACTICAL BB. It's not really about being able to fly up and down the court all the time. Guys like Kidd are so many steps ahead on every play. They see the game on another level from a lot of young players. He uses a lot of "Strategery" as Bush would say.

I think the Knick ranking is fair. It would seem the Celts and Spurs are just going to be another year older and another year closer to irrelevance, but that's been said for going on 5 years now.

But how do the Nets/Nuggets/Mavs get listed over the Clippers/Bulls/Pacers? Seriously? Javale McGee? Chris Kaman? The Pacers win six games in the playoffs and are ranked behind the Paper Nyets?

And why am I talking about other teams? My God, someone throw me a vaccine!

Looks fair on paper.
Can be a bit better of much worth based on health/conditioning and the fact the team is just came together.
This is wet team with slim margin of error. I would not bet a lot on it.

Bulls without Rose will not be the same record wise. Clippers are good, but Im not sure will be much better this year. Pacers have not really improved much the off season. If Javale buys into the system and "Matures" he could be very effective and the team is young and improving internally. They get Shy Wilson back and maybe Gallo fulfils his greatness further. Mavs have a mature core.

as far as he N**ts, well on paper they are vastly improved if all are healthy. BroPez is seen as a low top 10 player because of his offense. Few offensive 5's in the league.

Hey, its preseason banter, nothing that serious.
