SN agrees that we shouldn't match and that they agree with Melo that it is ridiculous.

Glad there's rational fans nationally than our crazed Lin Lovers.

ESPN constantly slams the Knicks. Almost every poster I've ever read on ESPN hates the Knicks. It is the lowest common denominator of fans. Of course they want the Knicks to lose Lin.

If you put a poll up of "Who would you want to start at PG for your team Ray Felton or Jeremy Lin" any sane person who knew anything about basketball would say Jeremy Lin.

The SN poll on that link actually supports your case, 60% Lin to 40% for Felton, for which PG would you rather have the next 3 years.

That's not really on topic. They don't argue anywhere that Lin at 25 mil is a worse deal than Mr. .470 or Statbury at $64 mil each.

Don't think those were SN polls, but feel free to try again.

huh? I do not follow the English in your post. What am I supposed to try again?

Let me talk slow for a second.

You posted the "Linpoll" correct to see if Knicks should match Houston for Lin correct?

I posted the link Sportsnation Poll to see if the Knicks should match. Somehow you said it's not really on topic, which makes no sense to me, because it's the same exact poll, but on ESPN. Then you bring Mr. .470 or Statbury which is so left field from the topic at hand it's embarassing, so I retorted that those polls don't exist anywhere and have no bearing on should Knicks match Houston.

Is that clear and concise enough for you Mr. Bonn?

P.S. - Your maker Bill James goes to bat for Joe Paterno, excuses him from all wrongdoing or inactivity in the Sandusky case, and proceeds to get blasted by Doug Gottlieb

P.S.S. - Bill James works for Boston Red Sox, how dare you idolize the enemy.

My bad this time. I posted two polls today and had had multiple thread windows opened at the same time (a sign I need to get a life perhaps). I thought this comment was in the thread with the poll on who was the worst bargain (Melo, Amare, Lin).

For the record, that ESPN poll was ridiculously bad though - you can't post a poll beside an article that advocates a specific position, and expect and critical thinker to take it seriously. I at least presented nothing but factual information in my poll.

I think realizing that the Knicks organizationally may decide not to match and pointing out why it appears Lin may want to be a rocket does not mean you don't want him back as a fan. I am glad grunwald is in charge.

quoting your own posts is a sure sign of this as well.

I should know, I've practically been talking to myself on the Yankees thread for almost a month now...

I do happen to think if you let go of your inner hate balloon, things would be brighter for you...
