If the knicks were to go into rebulding mode I can see a sign and trade for many picks and Scola.

BUt thats not how we do it in NY!

+1 even entertaining the idea is a waste of time. The team under Dolan clearly does not operate to pick up draft picks. They operate in reverse

Wouldn't re-sign Dragic for 4 years, and wouldn't even offer Lin a guaranteed 4th year when they were trying to create a poison pill contract! Do you really think in the end they'd pay the $20mil per year of Amar'es contract just to sign Lin, when they could have just given a $9mil a year contract to Dragic?

Amar'e is already doing 2 a days and has his personal trainer out travelling with him. He's putting the work in, lets just give him a second chance.

They gave Asik a billion dollars I dont know about being tight with cash lol

Don't be surprised if they end up on the Mavericks for Kidd and Dirk.

Ha- Morey's moves since the Asik offer, have somehow made it make even less sense than it did at the time (and it was flat out ridiculous back then). Why offer asik $8mil but refuse Dragic $9mil?

you know Dolan owner
its more important to Sign Jeremy Lin for his Stock/Msg value $$$$$$$$
than winning or building toward nba title

J.Lin stays a knick for a price.
got no issue with that though i got issues with Dolan

LIn is a cash cow even if he will not play at all...
It is not about bbal.

Why isn't Yi a cash cow then?

His cash-milk is no good.

A decent center is a premium in this league
