Why are we acquiring a player that better fits Dantonis system when he is gone and acquire players better for Woodsons ISO offense when Dantoni was here. What the F are the Knicks doing. This must all be Dolan stepping on the GM's

And the funny thing is even with Nash we don't stand a chance against Miami

But I doubt we lose all the youth as you suggest here. Lin should be untouchable. Fields is gone already and wont be missed if we get a backup SG with range. Douglas probably stays unless a team takes pity on him. The rest are prospects that should be easy to move fpr a guy like Nash after keeping Lin.

But all this team ever does is move their prospects around the league. It's sad, especially when this group is the strongest homegrown talent collective we have seen in decades.

Even though the heat had talent from all over, they still used Wade, Haslem, and Chalmers to get them there. They haven't given up on those guys for years. We don't hold on to anyone. It sucks as a fan.

I dont know about anybody else but i want to win im tired of thsi team losing for 12 years. I dont wnat to lose shump but there is a good chance he wont be the same i mean he is really a non factor next year anyway

This is tricky. There's no guarantee that Shumpert is going to be healthy, but it would hurt to trade all of the young players we have. I'm not even sure Woodson would get the most out of Nash. I think I'd rather keep Shumpert and get Kidd, then just have Nash

I don't believe it..This GM hasn't made a stupid move yet..Cant see him give away one of the cornerstones of our defense for a 40 yr old PG..Freaking Rod Strickland for Mo Cheeks all over again..Everyone knew it was bad as soon as the trade went down

With a 3rd team involved, but how would that work? Can anyone give one scenario where the Knicks acquire another piece to send to Phoenix through another team?

This is the right move for where our roster is. Don't like losing Shumpert but if Nash stays healthy this could put us in the finals.

Allen is turning down 6 per for 2 years from Boston and an MLR for the Heat's offer of 3 mil???

You are right. I mean i like shump but he will be a non factor next year and im not ok with possibly going to teh secodn round. We are a win now team unlike the Thunder who have many years. yes nash is older but he is always in good shape and fufills our biggest weakness which is a pg that can get the ball to amare,melo,novak. Also he will help lin develop quicker i feel
