LOL - No, I don't think they will. Stupid is as stupid does.

I do wonder why a guy with his talent can't stick with one team?

Odom can play all three front court positions, can defend all five positions, is a really good rebounder, can play point-forward, has a decent post-up game, and can play really well without the ball in his hands. Beasley can do none of those things.

Beasley is a knucklehead. I see an ubersmart team with rock solid leadership getting him (Hello, San Antonio, LA Lakers, Boston). He will not be a good fit here.

So honestly...what is the chance we get beasley...ive been on record in stating id rather get frontcourt help first
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

I never killed MDA for that but I still believe Randolph can play. Problem is that he pretty clearly has some sort of emotional problems and needs to be in therapy. If he ever gets his head on straight I think he'll be a damned good player.

you can say that about half the league, it looks like he is what his #s indicate..

There could be chemistry issues, but he has great size/versatility, capable of playing SG, SF, and some PF.
He is a volume shooter, like Melo, but he has better ability to take it to the rim and handle the ball.
His ability to play the SG, help handle the ball, ability to rebound/spread the floor, and play multiple positions would be hard to pass up.
We would probably need the full 5m MLE, to acquire Beasley though.

Interesting coming from someone who said Jeremy Lin singlehandedly got the Knicks into the playoffs and that Carmelo Anthony would probably nix a deal for Nash.

Nate was special. I acknowledge that lol. In all honesty Beasley had what, a year under any solid leadership? Let's also be honest in what Nate was. He was a backup on that team. He wasn't replacing Rondo. Beasley can be a core piece. I bet if a team with a solid work ethic and strong leaders get him one of two things will happen. He will either take off as an all star in 2-3 years or be out of the league in 2-3 years.

very true, NO's pick didn't look to good till Rubio, Love, Beasley, JJ Barea, Nikola Pekovic, and Ridnour.
They are a very good team, a good core, good system/identity, with much cap space, and flexibility to improve their team.
If they didn't suffer Rubio's injury alone, they would have been playoff competitors, and would have dropped NO's pick much lower.
NO is very lucky to have the 10th pick, until they went on a long losing streak with Twolves injuries.

Beasley in NYC... Its a big prison term in making...
He will not help us from behind the bars...
Also if somebody have problems with the head... this is not fixable.
