We need desperately for Melo to get off and for Novak to get open. And most of all play D harder than ever before.

If this team has any sense of pride they will be in position to win this game.

I agree 100% with you. But it makes me wonder: How demoralizing will it be for our team if we don't beat them tonight? It may feel as if we simply "can't" beat them. Would that be white towel time?

If Boshtrich is out, it give the Knicks a sliver of hope to steal tonight's game, granted Lebron and Wade don't go completely off.

The Answer Man Never Quits

Q. Moonangie: How demoralizing will it be for our team if we don't beat them tonight?

A. There is another game Sunday. By that time, The Answer Man will be basking in the sun at Jazz Fess and not sweating a thing except where to get some more outrageous grub. That is not demoralizing in the least.

Q. Moonangie:It may feel as if we simply "can't" beat them. Would that be white towel time?

A. White towel time as in surrender? Sounds like you already have given up all hope. It's cool. The Heat are more talented at every position, deeper and have a huge IOU to the city of Miami painted on their foreheads.

Win one at home.

Get the ball to Novak.

Not quite, but almost. Let's say I have a white towel handy, and I keep looking at it wondering what to do with it. But as a long suffering Knick fan, I will watch and hope and be amazed if by chance the team raises its collective game to take care of business at home.

Novak got many touches last game he was just smothered every time and barely saw daylight. The problem was that there is not enough guard penetration to actually get him those really clean looks - giving him the ball with a guy draped all over him is just a 7-10 waste of the shot clock.

The other issue is that Melo can't get the ball deep enough in the post to force the doubles that open Novak up.

Bosh is in the lineup, but after flying back to Miami at 2 AM to his wife and new born baby...I don't expect him to be all that rested. His playing may actually benefit us.

I think Fields is starting again why?????? what does he provide the starting lineup besides nothing, JR should start even if it hurts the bench, Melo needs to be surrounded by shooters!
No layups!

I really hope we can avoid a sweep. Been too long since the Knicks won a playoff game.

We really need a miracle here, and lately we haven't had even the slightest bit of good luck. I feel like we've been in this series for months and have lost 15 games against the Heat. Our team deserves a win on their home court after all the stuff they've had to deal with this season.

Man, I just want a win, but it seems almost impossible. Im hoping for the best though

If Wade had Lebron's baby? Seriously Barkley?
TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!
