Play Toney D. if you need the D and are looking to preserve a healthy lead.
Play Bibby if you need ball distribution and need to play catch-up.

I challenge you to list the individual strengths of Bibby and TD- I honestly can't think of a single one! Ha!

Speaking of bum pg's, did anyone read about what's happening with Duhon? He's been banned from the magic team for blowing off multiple practices and they seem to think his off the court habits are to blame. His stats are terrible- I remember we use to think he had a substance abuse problem, but that was mainly based on his drunken play and on those iconic pics of him at a club with some ladies!

Odds are I could name at least one of his hangouts. Had occasion to stay there when working out of town a few years back. The girls stroll the halls beating on doors looking for customers. smh

TD's best attribute is his ability to apply full court pressure on the opposing pg. Besides that, he busts all plays by either picking up his dribble too early or hoisting an ill advised shot early in the shot clock. Bibby is a liability on D, and he cant penetrate either. But he is a ball mover, doesn't miss cutters the way TD does and over his career is a better shooter. Hasn't shown his perimeter touch much this season, but neither has TD.

I prefer to play TD for his defense alone, but only if he's playing off the ball on offense while guarding the opposing pg.....If its strictly a back-up point, then I'll go with Bibby

Bibby actually hit some shots last night. I mean he used to be a guy that could hit big shotts. If he would just do it on a consistent basis it would prove valuable to us. But to answer the original question Toney would at least play defense and is obviously quicker

Bibby hit 153 trey buckets last year on some INSANE percentage, I think like 45%

TD hit 143 trey buckets on 37%!

What happened with these two frickin' bums??
