Marbury is always good for a laugh, but the idea of him coming back to the NBA at this point is totally crazy.

I can't stand the guy but lets not act like Steph is not an NBA talent. The guy never should have been brought into New York and to make things worse he was given the keys to the city but, if the Rick Brunson's of the world have a place in the NBA then Steph has one too.

all that said, I doubt he ever comes back to the NBA

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

Mrs Nalod says they should just "Bronze Marbury" and stick it in front of the building.

Im sure its very exciting for the Ducks to get the championship but statues are reserved not just for one season, but for a great HOF career with a team.

Very few get statues. Jordan deserves one. Shaq get one in LSU? Thats wrong. Stan the man Musual deserves, Hank Aaron, Babe ruth, Gerig, Clemente, etc. Career guys mainly with one team. Multiple champions, and at the very least HOF!

A towel drapped malcontent max player exiled from his team and further exiled to not Europe, but a 4th tier pro league gets a championship is not a statue deserving hero.

Not in Nalods book!

I think the Duck fans are a bit enthusiastic over the win.

Petrovic's legacy grew over time and its a nice honor to his legacy.

You don't put a statue a week after a win.

I know it worked out really bad last time Steph was here but he looks much better than any healthy PG we have now. I don't know if there's the ability for him to get out of his contract and if he'd want to come here but we could use him.
