I count 7 Tough Cookies for Knicks and 5 Tough Cookies for Sixers (included us as a Tough Cookie for them!).

By my strong estimation they will have an easier schedule, but we have Lin on our side.

nixluva, I admire your formatting skills.

Yeah it took me a little bit to put it together The Knicks road is definitely tougher than Philly. This is what makes it very hard for the Knicks to catch them, but really it's gonna be about how serious the Knicks are about playing D every night. If the Knicks defend, they will win a majority of their games. This team is just too deep to fail if they all commit to D. I think they really are finally ready to give a consistent effort. That last game said a lot to me. That's the kind of game that tells you a team is locked in and can go on a run, much like during Linsanity.

That Woody smiley is just a touch too small now. If you can make it a bit bigger then it would be perfect! Just my .02

It is the games against weaker opponents that worry me. I have no doubt they will show up for the Tough Cookie games; in this way, we might have an advantage over the Sixers because our Tough Cookies are games that will draw the best from us!

hmmm, for it to fit nicely into our forums, it has to be of similar size to the others. It can be wide, but we are limited on height.

This should give you a better perspective of what I see. Gotta at least be as big as the Pringles smiley. LOL

GOTTA MATCH THE PRINGLES SMILEY SIZE!!! The Pringles one is definitely Wider than all the rest. Can't have Woody be smaller. Must increase his Girth. Woody isn't a small man after all.

But his head is not as wide as the one depicted.

He looks like a "South Park" head. Woodsons is kind of like a cantaloupe,a sort of oval.

HA! Yeah but I really don't want to see Woody come up short in a thread where both heads are present. Maybe we can get a compromise between the wide girth Woody and the standard Woody. That Pringles head is huge!

Just looking over both schedules, we have a better shot at catching and surpassing Boston than Philly. I dont see Philly losing more than 27 or 28 games for the season. We are already at 24 with some tough games coming up. Boston, on the other hand still has some tough games and may fall to us.

try the opposite dimensions of the pringles icon: more tall than wide, i think we can handle that

Philly has been so tough all year. This 3 game losing streak is about the only gift we're likely to get unless they lose a trap game against

Knicks Sixers
March
------------------------------------------ Mon, Mar 19 @ Charlotte Bobcats
Tue, Mar 20 Toronto Raptors
Wed, Mar 21 @ Philadelphia 76ers Wed, Mar 21 New York Knicks
Fri, Mar 23 @ Toronto Raptors Fri, Mar 23 Boston Celtics
Sat, Mar 24 Detroit Pistons
------------------------------------------- Sun, Mar 25 @ San Antonio Spurs
Mon, Mar 26 Milwaukee Bucks
------------------------------------------- Tue, Mar 27 Cleveland Cavaliers
Wed, Mar 28 Orlando Magic
Fri, Mar 30 @ Atlanta Hawks Fri, Mar 30 @ Washington Wizards
Sat, Mar 31 Cleveland Cavaliers Sat, Mar 31 Atlanta Hawks

It seems to me that if the Knicks can beat Toronto to stay even with the Sixers who will likely beat Charlotte, then we have a chance to beat the Sixers and get to 3 games back and then have to hope that the Celtics can step up and knock off the Sixers for us. Then maybe the Spurs do us a further favor and beat the Sixers. Of course we can't have any slip up ourselves, but we can get as close as 2 games back with some good luck.

The more realistic path as you say is to pass Boston tho.
