It's really sad. One thing has been made clear. STAT and Melo are not an elite duo. They just aren't. They're paid like it, but as has been noted for years they are flawed players. I just find it funny cuz for years people bashed MDA for a lack of D but now that we have seen STAT up close we can see that it was always about STAT and to a degree Nash. You can't have your 2 best players be well below average defensively! The stars are gonna play major minutes and the defense suffers when they do.
Thank God we're gonna get Tyson back and hopefully Jared won't be out for too long.
Its hard to be a good defensive player when straight from High School you never had a coach teaching you anything about defense.
LOL, that's an awful excuse Amare uses to cover up the fact that he doesn't put effort into it
College woulda kicked his ass into place and if he started out with a defensive guru working with him it woulda helped but he just came into the NBA flying over everyone and skipped the basics. Now, he wants to become LJ? He does not have the training.
