you know DALLAS wants revenge, I'm not sure we ever beat this team twice in a seeason..

if lin plays well we win, if lin has a turnover filled game, forgetaboutit...

Have you guys noticed that the Knicks never seem to win those "pissed off because we just lost a close game the other night" games??

For example, you would think the Knicks would be REALLY pissed about having that Celtic victory ripped out from underneath them by that primadonna Pierce (and Dantoni, but that's another story) and that they will come out fired up and kick the living crap out of the Mavs tonight. However, we all know that this probably will not occur because their history tells us so.

On the other hand, the Mavs just lost a close one to the Thunder and they will probably take out their anger on us by kicking the living snot out of us.

Why does this appear to be the case I wonder?? Do our Knicks not care as much as other teams?? Do they not have as much pride as other players?? Who knows??

I have a theory of course. In a nutshell I blame that all on Dantoni for not motivating and inspiring the team properly but I am not in the mood to argue with the pro-toni's out there about this. Just stating my opinion is all, take it or leave it, I don't care.

I hope I am wrong of course, but I just have that feeling about tonight's game. Other teams always seem to use us as their theraputic stress relief balls and take out all their aggravation on us. I have not researched this or poured over stats, but it just seems that the Knicks don't take out their heartbreaking losses on the next team they play like other teams do.

Anyone feeling this way?? Or do I simply need to take out my hostilities on the Knicks and heal myself too??

THe League is gonna be tough on Lin here on out.

I don't think Kidd is a candidate to hand it to him tonight though. 5 or 6 years ago - yes....just like he did to Marbury

i think lin is trying to make everyone happy which is why he struggles. when he plays more aggressive he does beter. Im not blaming melo but there is somewhat of a difference when he is on teh floor and isn't. I mean the last dallas game they did try hard on lin but he still managed 28 and 14

I remember that same charge happening to Lin vs wall but it was called a blocking foul on Lin.
