TD is unable to facilitate, consistently penetrate the paint, set up the offense for good shots, and even stay in front of his man, defensively.
He is capable of hitting the 3point shot, but with no other player able to penetrate and no post presence, he doesn't get to square up and get a good looking shot majority of the time
I can't see us getting any good value with TD the way we have been playing as a team and the way he has shown his inability at PG.
He is much closer to a SG than PG, but often shoots a bad shot because he is not able to create a better look majority of the times throughout the year.
I can't imagine TD getting any good value for a player that is currently producing on their teams.
TD needs a point/forward or a SG able to facilitate, he can be a deadly player if his team is able to hide is weakness/flaws to his game.
He does not make good decisions and is unable to create, period. Yet he constantly gets the role of PG and our opponents defenses' have exploited him the whole year.
With that said, I would rather keep him unless we can trade him for a player that fills one of our holes. Only teams that are looking to possibly save money that are under the cap
would take a shot on him. If he is with the right team, with a post presence, shooters that spread the floor, and with players able to take the facilitating role away from him, TD can be a serviceable player. But he is not a PG and he should no longer get that role on this team.
