the posting on a whole here has taken a turn for the worse - alot of gimmick guys.

You guys actually have common sense and reading comprehension!!! I don't know what the other guys are talking about. They talk so much garbage and make up so much crap it's embarrassing. That's why I try to use logic and fully explain what I think the issues are. If someone disagrees based on FACTS or LOGIC then that's cool, but to just show bias and twist every news article to try and support that bias is lame. They can call me names like an 8 yr old, but in the end they're only embarrassing themselves.

Fans don't care about dirty words like "facts" and "logic". They just want to win and don't want to hear why its not working and who's fault it is.

If something is not working, they want to try something else. This is NY and this is the way it will always be in NY.

Try to explain "facts" and "logic" and "excuses" and "reasons" why its not someone fault to George Steinbrenner - I am sure he had no interest in hearing them. JUST WIN ...

Another word for mindless overreaction is stupidity. It's one thing for casual fans to not understand or care to understand the intricate details of what makes a team successful or not. This is a fan forum for the dedicated fan. We should be much more savvy and informed. When you read the forums and reactions to articles on the web it's amazing how many fans don't know a thing about what's really going on.

I don't believe in knee jerk reactions, which is why I always preach patience. It's better to look deeper when things aren't going well and try to see the real reason things aren't working. Knee Jerk is fire the coach! Knee Jerk is Melo is a cancer! Knee Jerk is STAT is overrated and overpaid! Knee Jerk is blow up the team or tank the season!

NO! How about we analyze and fix the real problem with a logical approach? The real needs are a real PG and at least one more legit Player to add to the depth. Those moves will bring better balance to the team and push role players down the rotation where they belong.

Couldn't they have "analyzed and fixed the real problems" instead of firing Paul Westphal? Caldwell in Indy (NO PEYTON MANNING!!)?

You can say that for any or many coaches that get fired or need to get fired.

You need to win to keep your job. Numbers and Stats of old (eventually) won't help you keep it.

Funny, yet sad. But this is how sports (and the corporate world) work. It maybe unfair but it is a fact of life. Sometimes you are given the tools to win - and sometime you work for a TOOL who inhibit your chances of winning.

Moral of the story? Don't accept a job offer for 8 million per if it means you will have to work for a TOOL and get screwed.

The rest of Knicks seem to accepting to a BUTT whipping, to poor passes, to turnovers galore
to Smack talk and walk ( B.Jennings, A.Harrington) and rest of NBA laughing at their arr-sses as Knicks get whacked by the WEAK

At least Tyson C. knocks some BUTT on floor & gets T'. Its silly but shows emotionally into it.
Don't agree with Melo getting tossed in BUCKs whipping to Knicks ..at least some disgust at Jennings mocking NY Melo did not stand for it. Even the Injured Harrelson has guts to get up into face of opposition at times

Other Knicks need to get some attitude instead of feeling sorry for their offense, their coach and their game losses
as Amare, Toney, Fields, all look sorry for themselves when its going wrong.
