No way Orlando does this - they would not take on Amare.

Maybe Melo, Chandler and Fields for DHoward, Nelson Ryan Anderson and Turk

Don't know why people are still in dreamland about him.

Orlando traded for Gilbert Arenas.

Haha - that actually makes it even less likely now

not at this point, if Amare, played the same way he did in the first half of last season, its possible.
But I see no truth to this, it would be at least Melo + Chandler, to start off, if they were actually interested.
I don't know if they are planning to ship Ryan Anderson out as well and taking back Iman.
They have to pay Ryan Anderson next year, if they want to keep him, and it wont be cheap.
With Iman, they have at least 3-4 more years, till Duhon, Q, Redick, and Jameer are off the books.

So just me speculating, if they are serious about a trade, and not using us to get more out of the league or Lakers for Dwight.

Tyson
Melo
Iman
Fields or Jorts
for

Dwight
Ryan Anderson
Turk

For those who think this deal is not possible need to realize that Orlando Magic are in a new arena. They need to keep attendance up. Take a look around the league at the bottom feeders attendance. It isn't pretty. Amare and Tyson keep Orlando as the 7th or 8th seed.

This is our chance to rid us of Amare. We make the freaking trade.
Dwight/Turk>Amare/Chandler.

Than we call the nets and offer them Melo.

Willams
Turk
Dwight
Iman
PF- Martin??

Williams/Dwight/Turk are a better fit and would move the ball like we should.

It is not realistic. Chandler would bring back some value, but its still far from Dwight Howard.
Amare doesn't have good trade value, with the way he is playing this year, come on.
On top of that, his contract isn't even insured, so you it's almost as good as Kobe coming to New York for the MLE cause he makes back good money of sneaker deals...
Don't be so naive, they can get a better deal than that one.
Orlando does have to trade Dwight, but not for that deal, it just doesn't make any sense for THEM, its a steal for us.
Would you trade for Amare if you were Orlando? "IF there isn't a better offer", they would rather let him walk than take deal.

If that is the "deal" we are just being used for leverage for Orlando till the deadline.
They are trying to act cool, doesn't want to be low balled, they will not do a deal till the deadline, unless its a deal they don't think they can turn down or get a better value than.

Unless Iman was included with Fields and Jorts and we were also taking back Q and Duhon, at best maybe also taking back Ryan Anderson because he is a RFA, with a payroll of 85+ mill, they probably wouldn't be able to keep him anyway.

Damn Stephen A Smith went off!!!!!! He is right though we got to trade Amare. Amare doesn't look good. They raised ticket prices 49 % and this team is a lottery. This isn't show friends. It's show business. We need to move Amare and Chandler and get Howard asap before Amare isn't worth a bag of peanuts.

After last night's game, most NBA fans blame Amare's setbacks on D'Antoni's incompetence and/or Melo's chucking.

Ship Amare off now.

most of us are pretty smart enough to note the PG missing and his lack of explosiveness. Don't know which fans you are paying attention to.

Knicks fans know that. I'm saying general NBA fans aren't aware that Amare is a shell of his former self.
