You're right. This is a marathon.

The finish line is 12th in the East.

I can understand your frustration but we are 16 games into the season. Calm down this is why people make fun of knicks fans.

I wasn't in support of the trade but was open to it after.

Stick a fork in it right now. This team is terrible. I wish "ME"low went to Jersey and we had D. Williams instead. Who knows, maybe we can pry him from Nj and get Brooks as well as NJ might lose Williams for nothing.

I don't like the way this team plays with MElow on the court. Announcers are saying it! Fans are chanting "pass". I mean come on, this is disgusting one on two BBall. I particularly liked Melo's "clutch" shots last night. The one on two play to tie with an open Shump for the win. But even better was when we were up by 3 and closing in on the Win, Melo took a 3! The guy has no brains. If we do keep him we need someone to reel him in and unfortunately, it isn't the coach. Amazing that the coach doesn't control this horrendous play.

uh you do realize that if everyone on the board admitted the "error of their ways" and we ALL decided the melo trade was horrible... it would still be reality, right?

you realize that, right? no amount of board agreement is going to undo the trade.

But if the fans realized what was going on and stopped supporting Dolan's starphucking, then Dolan would have to stop. Or at least that's our only hope.

Yeah imagine how bad the past decade would have gone then.

also, i think a big part of the way the team is playing right now is that amar'e looks either limited or out of place. maybe baron helps him, maybe not. but it's ridiculous to judge this team before it plays with a real PG this year.

oh wait, i mean HORRIBLE TRADE DUCK FOLAN WAAAHH IT HURTS SO BAD TO SEE GALLO ON ANOTHER TEAM HES SO PRETTY

They're Playing without a point guard because they TRADED HIM FOR MELO in the very trade we're talking about!

Worst part is that we had Billups, who isn't really my favorite point guard, but then decided to amnesty him.

Instead of 6-10, we're sitting pretty at 8-8 with Billups and no Chandler.

I know but Felton was never the long term solution. If he were he would have gotten more than a 2 year deal. He'll be a FA this summer so he can come back if he chooses.

Btw that "throw in", you know the guy who's not really a starter,Mosgov? Yeah, him. He scored 16 pts on 6-11 shooting, with 7 rbs and 3 assists blocks in 30 mins.
STAT's line: 12, 5, and 1 in 45 mins.

Yeah, Mosgov sucked.

Yeah, Mosgov sucked.

He was slam dunking all over us, too, and he swatted a Melo shot.

But I can't hate on Amar'e's line. The guy is a class act, he's been forced into a tough spot with this guy Melo.

And WHEN is this team going to learn not to throw in draft picks like they're party favors?!

I'm not dissing STAT. I brought it up just to show how solidly Mosgov contributed. He should not have been a throw in in that trade. Bottom line, we cleared the shelves in a trade that was SUPPOSED to be lopsided in our favor because of Melo's leverage. Instead, we got jobbed. Again.

Why are you comparing the two? It's not like we directly traded one for the other.

Ah, I hear ya. Any other team would have developed Moz and Gallo alongside Amar'e and been better for it.

Correction, I meant 3 blocks, not assists.
