Yeah, Toronto played a good game today against Orlando. They actually had a big lead they blew. This won't be a totally easy game.

I'll be most worried about this game if Amar'e is back. Our offense looks so shaky when he's out there with Melo.

Toronto usually gives the Knicks trouble, lets just hope they stay focused and overcome.

i'll be in section 3 right by the raps bench courtesy of the queen of hookups...

here's a scouting report of the raps from their #1 fan south of canada:

- we play with effort and are young team that needs a creator in the worst way.

- the offense right now is a 1 man show and that's bargs. nobody else has really stepped up in the starting unit or off the bench...casey has moved him into the 15-18 foot range and he's beasting there. but he still will take an open 3. he's playing the high post from time to time like divac and will hit the cutters. his offense is at all star level this season. he lost 15 lbs and is playing his natural 4 spot.

- derozan is having a tough time adjusting (offensively) since we're not really running too many offensive sets for him in the post...he does play well in transition.

- calderon will play well if the other pg is not aggressive. he ate up irving and jameer, but had trouble with collison + kidd. jose's game is all about confidence...telltale sign will be his jumpshot. if he hits early, then he will keep taking them.

- when bargs is on the floor, game should be good. when he leaves, raps bench can not score. all leads get relinquished when he's off the court...blew a 9 point and 12 point leads to dallas and the magic when the bench starts off the 4th quarter. with no bayless, bench is even worse. we have no space creators so there will be alot of iso's and pick and pops. x-factor could be barbosa but he's a crackhead.

- on defense, we hedge hard on the screens and then try to rotate to recover. quick ball movement will be key for knicks if they want to get easy baskets. we also throw in a zone to throw the team off from time to time.

- we start "business as" rasual butler at the 3 but it's only for a few minutes til james johnson comes in. he can cause havoc defensively but almost gives it all back with turnovers and the worst jumper this side of jeffries. he'll probably be guarding melo for the bulk of the time.

- curious to see the amir + chandler matchup. amir put on an extra 20 lbs this offseason and held his own against dwight. he runs a pick and roll with jose well - most of his points come off lob passes in that set.

- casey played jose + bargs heavy minutes last night so i don't expect them to have too much energy for this one. game can go 2 ways, close till the end with the knicks winning or the knicks running away with it in the 2nd half since they are rested and we are not. actually, wouldn't be surprised if knicks blow us out tonight. whatever the case, knicks will win.

Time for the Knicks to go Raptor hunting...

We ended 2011 with a strong win, so let's start off 2012 the same way. GO KNICKS!

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

NYPost_Berman Marc Berman
D'Antoni called Stoudemire "more on the doubtfull side." Shumpert said should be back at practice tomorrow after solid workout.

This is a dangerous game for the Knicks. Hope they bring the same effort they brought in Sacto

Hey, the small pics are better to look at when at work, and as long as the cheerleader pics (when posted) are big, I don't see the need to have half-screen game action pics.

But that's just me. You don't have to agree, you can just be wrong.
