If Baron does well this year and shumpert plays well then Douglas will make for some solid trade bait. Maybe a strong backup 3-4

I don't know what to expect from Baron. Its a no brainer signing, but this guy has never shown an ability to stay healthy and could be pretty erratic. Then again he has some serious playmaking skill and might thrive playing uptempo with 2 great finishers.

I think Bibby will be a solid backup PG all year. I love Fields but I think he's an odd fit with the team as currently constituted. He may never have more value than what he had last year in the trade market.
