i think this offense is going to have some serious issues if toney is the point guard.

ActionJackson - as a Hampton alum, you are hereby installed as Grand Marshall of the Devin Green Fan Club.

Killa4luv - as a Hampton alum who married a Hampton cutie, you are hereby nominated as Vice President of Internal Affairs

Devin Green can handle the ball in traffic. At 6'7 he can also see the floor. The pass to Chris Hunter on the run, from outside the top of the key, was a thing of beauty, which we all know is a joy forever.

I am worried because MDA is high on this dude. We may have to suffer through a lot more of his one dimensional chucking with the Cerberus in attendance just waiting for an opportunity to pounce. Except the opportunity never comes.

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

"Green made his way to his fifth consecutive NBA training camp when he signed with the Minnesota Timberwolves summer of 2010. He did not make the team, as he and every other signee lost out on a spot to Jason Hart, who played all of 5 minutes for the Wolves and who is now out of the league. Green then moved to Greece and joined Olimpia Larissa, leading them in scoring with a 14.3ppg average along with 4.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. However, he left the team in January, reportedly because of a pay dispute. (Note: when American players leave Greek teams midseason, it is usually because of a pay dispute.)

Green then signed with Galitos de Isabela. In his first two games for the team, Green put up 38 points and 13 rebounds."

A. Never. But there are some cute women at Hampton.

If there are any young men about to choose an institution of higher learning, please read this.

Unless you got into Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford, or University of Chicago, etc. choose the school where (1) women outnumber men and (2) an overwhelming majority of hot women.

I went to American University for undergrad and received a top notch education in economics and international relations and partied my ass off. I went to Tulane University and received a top notch education in finance and ****ed a lot of hot girls in sun dresses.

I love both schools but if I had to do it over, I would have went to undergrad at a place like University of Miami, Arizona State University, or San Diego State University, and would go back to Tulane.

You will never look back at your life and say to yourself, “gee, I wish I had ****ed less hot ass”

Poor Man's McGrady?

"In his two years with the Los Angeles D-Fenders, Devin Green appeared to be a poor man’s McGrady. He managed a healthy true shooting percentage (a measure of scoring that includes 3-pointers and free throws) of 56.1 percent and averaged 4.1 assists per 36 minutes.

The latter statistic, which would be the sign of an adequate point guard, is impressive for a 6-7 forward. If Green can fit himself into the mold of a combo-guard, he can make himself a viable candidate for the Knicks’ second-string shooting guard. If not, he’s likely to spend most of the 2012 season on the bench watching Walker play the minutes that otherwise would have been allocated to him."

I'd rather have a poor man's McGrady than a rich man's Jared Jeffries.

Get that man a roster spot.

The behind the back dribble to avoid contact was a nice touch.

Agreed. The guy can play and with all the back to backs this year I think he can be a solid contributor.

A bit. Both are 6'8. The Mayor was a bit more muscular and 20 pounds heavier. Green is listed as 205. Devin Green's sleepy eyes and intuitive ball handling remind me more of Tracy McGrady.

The form on his mid range shot looks sweet. Whether he has the 3 point range of Chandler is to be determined.

Go Hampton.

Green did nail a 3 during the game, right? Looked smooth.
