I previously thought we still had the MLE to use, I believe because we will amnesty Billups, we don't have the MLE to use cause we went under the cap. They should have changed this in the new CBA, so everyone can use the MLE until you are a 70-74.5m tax paying team....
It doesn't make sense to me, why should teams only get to use the MLE to improve their team. We would have been able to use the MLE 2 years in a row to improve....
