The Knicks took Shumpert over Singleton so I think they must think he is special. If not maybe they move him and some salary to upgrade the backcourt. As you said, it is easier to get guards.

They are NOT moving Iman. This kid will be taken under the wing of the vets and his talent will eventually shine thru. If you've watched any of this kid in action you can tell why MDA wanted him. He said that it was the most impressive workout they ever had someone do. He went up against Jenkins and looked that impressive. People don't want to accept it, but the kid is a combo guard that can and will play PG. He's not some guy that struggled to bring the ball up or to score against smaller quick PG's. He's actually capable of guarding PG's and SG's.

I think Iman will be able to adjust to being more of a distributor because that's what he was until they asked him to score more. He may start off slow but I think his ability on D will eventually get him more PT. We don't have another guard like him. His breakdown ability and going strong to the rim is very much needed. If Iman can develop chemistry with STAT, Melo and Tyson, this could be a really amazing team. Bibby will look like a slug next to Iman. How long do you think it will be before MDA promotes this kid over Bibby?

The Frontcourt is set and the Backcourt is up and coming. We're in good shape IMO. I think Iman and Fields are the future backcourt.

I can't watch the video in Germany due to the soundtrack! (Anyone have a link to plug in the youtube address that lets you watch the video? I can't find one.)

Anyway, I searched for some highlights of Chandler as I'm not really familiar with his game and... Damn, he has hops and is a great hops. Clearly he is lacking on offense, though with our stacked front line he will get more opportunities to produce down low I'd think.

This team is now bringing memories back of those Ewing teams, ok, a bit soon, but the quality of players is now there.
