If there's no deal by Wednesday and deadline is not extended, then you can safely assume decert petition WILL be filed soon thereafter

Its up to the owners to bend just a little so there can be a deal! The players have ONCE AGAIN given major concessions to the owners and anyone that doesn't believe that can just look back at the last few CBA's to see how each time it was the players who gave up rights, money and contract length to the owners!!! All the while the big market owners aren't even required to pay a true share of their revenue! The big market teams don't pay on actual earnings from TV DEALS and arena signage. He owners are lying about how much they make and just how bad things are. I don't think the owners have bargained in good faith.
