He is a low upside player. I understand we dont need a superstar. We need a mobile big though. Guys like Noah are going to own Vucevic. Thing is Vucevic isn't going to get faster or start jumping higher. Tyler also appears to have given Nikola trouble with his speed and agility. Amare and Melo would also help expedite Tyler's skill development. Only reason Tyler is rated as low as he is because people didnt see him play in Japan. He is a low upside player. The guy is 7- 260 20 years old--can dribble with either hand well can shoot with both hands has post moves and a jumpshot out to 20 feet gets up and down well for his size rebounds knows how to play--this guy can play right now and has nice upside in terms of age work ethic bloodlines--what exactly is not to like there? the guy would be a top 5 pick easy if he stayed his last year. To get a big diversified skilled C where we are picking would be a major coup. Put it this way--if I was in charge---I would do what it takes to acquire him--if that meant giving up 3mm and a 2 to move up 2-3 spots I would do it RIP Crushalot😞
