Perhaps to save $ they would trade Davis/Varejao for Turiaf/Billups/TD? Knicks would have to draft PG but I would think about it for a long time.

Cleveland comes out with a C, Hickson, PG core with oodles of cap space in summer of 2012.

Realistically, the only way the Knicks can get better is to trade Billups, use MLE if it's still around, or hope and pray CP3/Deron/Dwight wants to play in NY in summer of 2012.

I don't like that because I'm not a fan of Varejao, but getting Sessions would be a good move for the Knicks because he's a better point guard than Douglas if he can run the pick and roll and not shoot. Getting depth at the point guard position would settle the perimeter for the Knicks, because it slides douglas over to the 2 where he belongs. They still need to get a frontcourt, though.

The trade of our dreams is Balkman/Walker/Rautins for Sessions because we keep Ronnie.

Saying Ramon Sessions is a better point guard than Toney Douglas is like saying Beyonce is easier on the eyes than Joan Rivers.

Balkman, Walker and Rautins have zero trade value, unless you can name a franchise that sees them as essential parts of of a rotation. Please. No dreams.

No to Ramon.

mehh so his contract its 3 years long

why do we need to give them something good when they are desperate to let him go since they will be too deep with PG'S with Davis,Irving, sessions and gibson.

If we do trade for him i want balkman and Rautins included in the deal... we need to get someone get balkman

but i think 1 team will get him(balkman) he seems perfect for the thunder...they need a defender for thr 3/4 spot.. I say trade balkman and 3 million for a future second round pick.

I didn't say it was realistic, I was jut pointing out that getting him without giving up any value wouldn't be a terrible thing.
