Just go white with green trim to celebrate the holiday.

The "Latin America" thing is to contrived for me. Its reeks of disingenuous marketing. If your gonna do that go Chinese, hebrew and russian.

I think the Wiz uniforms are not so much red as orange which is what was used back in the day. Reds and oranges are the hardest colors to replicate in digital photo reproduction.

Yea I'm not a fan of the St. Patrick's unis either... at least get rid of the black if you are going to do it I feel.

And the Knicks are the only NBA club that gets the Noche Latina right with the "Nueva York" -- I think that actually looks bad ass. Every other club just slaps a definite article in front of their name without translation and it looks stupid: El Heat, Los Bulls instead of El Calor or Los Toros. At least the SF Giants become the Gigantes.

completely agree with the Noche Latina point.

As for the verde, I used to hate it, now I'm not so bothered by it. And there seems to be a base that really loves them. I'm just glad they don't sell them. I'll settle for that.

Good take. My wife gets bugged out over that every time she sees it.

The worst?

Should be "SOL" shouldn't it? "LOS SOLES"?
