Hey Cuban has been at it for a while too. He's been trying to buy his championship as much as the Knicks. He just might get it this time.
And by all accounts making extensive use of advance statistics for quite a while.
Statistics aside Cuban has thrown a lot of money at his teams quest for the title for a long time now. I thought they were gonna win it the year they lost to Miami. This is probably as good as this team is ever going to be. They'll likely never get a better shot than this.Once Dolan got involved in the Melo deal we were locked into the same boat as the Mavs. We have to spend money now to try and solve our problems. Hopefully Donnie will by some picks and we can make some great use of those picks. Thank goodness we're really only looking for key role players. Hopefully we can find a PG like Teague and a other young bigs that can fill our needs. In addition we'll be over the cap going after vets willing to take a bit less to play with STAT and Melo.
Head to head Toney Douglas destroyed Teague in the ACC matchups they had.
See this is the thing..you sell Nash as the great example and he can shoot and pass and play offense with the best of the points in the league...but you only spend half your time on offense. Teague had 6 points 2 assists and 3 TO's last game
So now all he is as a player is that one game? Besides you're wrong anyway. Teague has been playing well for a kid that is being thrust into the starting role at the last minute. He's quick, athletic and can score inside and out. He also passes better than TD too. This is what the kid has done against the Bulls:
10 pts 5 asts 1 stl 0 blks 2 rebs
21 pts 3 asts 3 stl 2 blks 2 rebs
21 pts 3 asts 1 stl 0 blks 3 rebs
12 pts 4 asts 1 stl 1 blks 4 rebs
