Welcome to UK.

On my planet, "Fubar's" can cause "Debacle's"

You should really ask Bip that question, since he's the one who knows best. Just b careful not to get on his bad side, since he clearly has ties to the Russian mob.

Its a "Waterboarding" thing for a poster who lost his way and his post count. Martin is a cruel man.

Like aligator clips from a car battery tied to your testes, its effective.

Cannot believe it's been more than 5 minutes and the Bipster has not taken advantage of this opportunity to talk about himself.
Must be off his game.

Or he's at the bank drive-thru waiting for the newbie's check to clear.

It seems that the hottest topic on this board is should MDA be fired? Was this debacle of a season (partly) his fault? Is it up to him to impose a defensive attitude even if his players are from a non-defensive denomination?

I could go either way on this since it is a relatively tough choice (though I could care less if he was let go). I have decided to side with the MODS who seem to vehemently support and defend the coach (ALA talk show hosts who seem to know better than us average/avid knee jerk fans). Being a newbie, I would like to start on the right foot and not getting the Boss' upset at me :-)

Welcome to the board mks. I hope you have taken the time to properly study the board's history, as there will be a pop quiz administered to establish your continued eligibility to post. Be prepared to answer important board-history-related questions such as:

General board knowledge:

1. What (or who) is a gay robot?
2. Who is dido, and what is his name on that other sports board?
4. Who is saramae?
5. Who is TrueBlue. What was TrueBlue's name before it became TrueBlue? What is his name now?
6. Who is Bippity10, and why should you avoid him?
7. Who is Bippity01?
8. Who is Bobo?
9. What is the name of eVil's band
10. What is a "Larry Lover"?
11. What kind of truck does Marbury drive, and, if asked, should you get in?
12. What is the date of "talk like a Pirate" day in 2011?
13. Create a list of five Larry Lovers
14. Create a list of five UK "homers" from the Isiah Thomas era
15. Create a list of five "Hatters" from the Isiah Thomas era
16. Name three BRIGGs NBA draft picks that the Knicks could have gotten,
but passed on, who later went on to be stars
17. Name five BRIGGs stock picks that would have made you a millionaire had you purchased them
when Briggs recommended them.

Essay questions:
18. Describe Don Chaney's departure from the Knicks in 10 words or less
19. Write a 1000 word essay describing the strengths and weaknesses of Eric Chenowith's game
20. Attend three "JD & The Straight Shot" concerts. Write a 5000 word article and get it
published in Rolling Stone

Math Questions:

21. There is one quarter tank of gas in Marbury's truck. The gas tank holds 25 gallons, and
the truck gets 7 miles per gallon. Gas costs $4.15 per gallon, It is approximately 2 miles
from Marbury's present location to St. John's University. If Marbury is able to lure a drunk
intern into his car outside St. John's university, what is his approximate per-minute opportunity
cost for this venture? (Hint: Don't forget to factor in the value of Marbury's time given his
Knicks-era salary of $15,000,000 per year.

I think this should be a separate thread; UK Board quiz questions.

How could anyone leave out:
18. What is the weighted average of times during any season that 93Buick will announce that he's never coming back to the board?
19. What is tummysticks, and what is the main reason no one will engage in it with Bippity10 or Bippity01?

I'll have to read through the latest disclosure statements, but I do believe it's a direct violation of the board's etiquette rules to mention the soap at Rikers.
