I don't disagree, just think it will take better defense of those two and some size for reboubding and defending the middle. I would like Shelden to get some time. Garnett is too strong for Jefferies. Seems like he can overpower him to get whatever shot he wants when he is on the block. This flawed
system is the real culprit.
Sheldon is comfortable guarding KG out to 20 feet? And then who helps TD slow Rondo? In this past game KG had 9 points, Oneal had 6. It was Ray and Pierce.
What system would be better when you are down your PG and Amare is playing like caca? To me it's the players. Melo and Amare sucked. I guess you could say our defense kept losing their perimeter guys. AC could have played more.
In this situation we are pinning our hopes that perhaps the likes of AC and Sheldon can be the keys to slowing down and beating Boston.
