i think the "jimmer doesn't play D" stuff is unjustified. he explicitly was told by BYU coaches to not get into foul trouble and expel less energy on D because so much of their offense relied on him. i think he will really excel in the NBA with better teammates around him and less of a burden on him to always need to score.

if steph curry can be an effective NBA player and starter, i don't see why the jimmer can't, their games are practically identical (and i'd say jimmer is a better shooter!).

he may be a better shooter, but steph is a much better passer, and that is a huge difference when it comes to playing the point..

Others have him going as high as #3 overall. If he's there, I'd take him over anyone mentioned above.

Yeah the mock drafts are all over the place. After the NCAA tournmanet things mught clear up a bit. The one positive I see is that this seems to be a deep draft. The Knicks should be able to get a quality player that will fill a need.

Not entirely a fair argument. Who does Fredette have to pass to (actually, the same argument was made about Curry because he had no one to pass to either and ended up shooting out of iso plays). Prior to Curry's NBA existence, people questioned his passing. Fredette seems to have good bball IQ, good strength and good shooting. I think he'll be fine in the NBA, the question is whether he will be more than a solid player.

Kemba is a poor mans Monta Ellis

Jimmer is a rich mans Redick

Kyrie Erving is CP3 personified.....really he truly is the CP3 of this draft if he declares

Has anyone been keeping an eye on that Parsons kid from Florida? He's like the smooth non awkward version of Gallo. Florida has an incredible front court in general.

But Derrick Williams is playing out of his mind. He reminds me of a YOUNG(mobile) AMAR'E STOUDEMIRE

I also like Shelvin Mack from Butler as a lead guard. He's like a souped up Sherman Douglas
