I checked Varejao's contract situation. He is owed 26 million over the next 3 years and he is 29 yrs old. Might be available on the cheap.

Why does CLE give up their starting C? Who is 29 years old and only making $9M per? So they can suck more?

For a draft pick. Cleveland is in rebuild mode and Varejao is not the answer. They want lottery picks.

We can do a draft day trade if we wanted too.

Depends on who is available. Im not saying it is a guarantee. I'm just saying paying Varejao 9 million per to collect lottery picks is not fiscally responsible. They are trying to rebuild so those picks are valuable.

I would trade for Mosgov before Varejao, but his bad contract makes him available to some degree. He had a bad injury.. gotta be careful
