Not sure I understand what you're trying to say here.

You're complaining about the quality of posting, so help to improve it. That's all.

Thanks but I have no concerns about the quality of my posting. I know the thread you're talking about. OBM wound me up the wrong way and I told him what I thought of him. Guy was being an ass and had it coming.

Look back through the years of threads here, and you'll notice that every single person who sits here complaining about the team, the coach, the stars, the bench, everything, at one point or another, all you guys thought they would be the difference. That getting an offensive coach would make the difference. That getting a dominant post player would make the difference. That getting an elite wing scorer would make the difference. That getting Finals MVP at PG would make the difference. That getting a Charlie Ward-type defensive PG would make the difference. That getting a hotshot rookie SG committed to growing, rebounding and defending would make the difference. And you know what, the FO at the Knicks have given each and every one of you exactly what you wanted. A solid team, with established stars, some youth, some vets, a very well respected coach, a top 3 GM, a dominant post player, an elite scorer.

What the hell do some of you want? Its pathetic hearing people every day denying they ever wanted this guy, that guy, this system, that coach. I call bull****. Everybody thinks they know better than management how to get the team to the top. But management have given us, the fans, a fabulous team to watch and enjoy.

Do they have warts? Yes. Are they not gelling as we hoped they would? Yes. Are they lackadaisical on defense? Yes, yes, yes. But all this ridiculous crap about worst trade ever, coach is to blame, Melo sucks, Amare is hopping, Billups is geriatric is all frankly embarassing.

Denvers doing great. So frickin what? Our ex-players arent contributing much to their success and even if they were, like I said, so frickin what? For the first time since '99 we have really really good players on the court at all times, we have hope not of getting to the playoffs, but of getting to the Finals, and yet it seems like half the guys here are far far more excited about saying told-you-so than looking to the future.

I guess this is why they say us Knicks fans are impossible to please. Any time we get anything good, we grumble that we coulda shoulda been better off with the other guy. Get the other guy, and we complain we shoulda kept the first guy. Get them both we want to swap them for the third guy. Get him and they all suck and we should have gotten someone elses favourite toy. It doesnt reflect well on this site.

Ive been here for a long time, and never before have I been so utterly bored at the content in the forum. Theres not even any good conversation. Every thread is a thread of people piling on. Maybe one guy interjects some sense, but then he gets piled on too. Never thought nixluva would be my favourite poster but I look for his posts nowadays just to keep the constant, dribbling depression emanating from the rest of the posters away.

Anyway, at this stage, its more fun for me to just watch the play-by-play and boxscores than come here, so have at it, reap what you sow and enjoy. Im gonna stick to the OT forums where some actual conversation is going on.

2 games over .500 would have been nothing to complain about had we still had all our young pieces and flexibility. All that patience you speak of went out the window when this franchise lost patience and traded their future fore Carmelo Anthony. I wouldn't call that "good" after 12 games but I also wouldn't call that "awful".

As for me personally, I never liked the trade and never wanted to hire this coach so I'm not one of the people you speak of. Regardless of that, I root for the team passionately to win and prove me wrong. The same posts like yours were made during the days Isiah brought in the Zach Randolph's of the world. People had a right to complain then, even if it was under different circumstances. The people have a right to complain now. The franchise took a major risk with the move considering the defensive history of these 2 players. It remains to be seen if it works out - especially with Mike D'Antoni as the coach.

Berating people for having an opinion is sad and what has made this forum go down in quality, not complaints. The "me vs. you" attitude when we're all fans of the same team is what is killing this forum.

Got no problems with people voicing their opinions. Uys why I come here. But the state of the forum now isn't that. Like I said before, it's just a bunch of guys piling on. Nobody has any evidence of how this trade will turn out so half are saying we're the worst team ever and half are saying patience. And every single time it turns into a flamefest about how everything we do turns to poo. It has no value and is extremely boring. Dint be surprised if the content here gets worse and worse as people stickto the OT forums.

Nice, because I have a thread voicing my own opinions on this matter in the OT forum.

Bro, you gotta get the new Port Ellen 25 year old 8th Edition. Most unbelievable fluid since water.

Check this out for evidence of what it did to me!!

As a SS teacher I have a habit, somewhat morbid, of looking at a person's lifespan and thinking of what they were able to live through and observe during their life.

Ellen, assuming that she was not living some kind of sheltered life with no access to newspapers, books, magazines, radio, TV, etc., would have witnessed an amazing collection of major historical events, as well as technological evolution beginning with the dawn of the automobile age and ending with the dawn of the computer revolution.

I can't be sure which of the world events which occurred during her years on earth would have had the greatest influence on her life, but I have a strong feeling that Ellen would have been very upset with the Anthony trade, and spoken out strongly against it had she lived in New York City and been a Knicks fan.

No man is happy without a delusion of some kind. Delusions are as necessary to our happiness as realities- C.N. Bovee

There is nothing more pure on this earth than a single malt send closk. Tears of pride are coursing down my cheeks. Some of it might be alcohol.
