We need Leon Powe.

ideal for what?

Ideal for not making bone headed plays at the end of games.

Yeah, say what you want about Bibby, but the guy has always been a low turnover player and he was one of the better pick and roll players in the league for years. Plus, he can shoot. I wouldn't mind having him. That said, I think our first priority is another big body not named Jared Jeffries. We can get by with Carter and Douglas. But Turiaf is injury prone and I'm not sur
E Shawne Williams can replicate what Diaw did with the Suns years ago.

Carter will at least play defense, which is what we really need. Bibby is too much of a defensive liability. I would not scream if they signed him, but I would rather they pass and focus on getting us an actual center.

It looks like he's going to the Heat.

Buying out Brewer = DUMB. There are better candidates that should've been bought out first. I mean are they kidding me?? This guy could've helped us. WTF?

Delaying the process = DUMB..It's taking way too long. Good players (Barron, Jeff Adrien) are going to other teams while we sit on our hands.

Allowing Earl Barron to get gobbled up by another team = DUMB. We couldn't have used him?? is that what they're telling us? Come on..

Signing Jared Jeffries = DUMBEST. So many better options. I can't believe them man.

ARRRRRRR!

I feel your pain man but I think the real reason Brewer was cut is because he has a qualifying offer next year and they didn't wanna bring him back so now they should have 3-4 million to sign someone in the offseason I think. We really need a legit center I think that will become our undoing in the playoffs but we need to be patient this trade was for the future not just this year , so let's hold on it's gonna be a crazy ride for the rest of the yeat.

No layups!

Bibby would be good here, but he's going to Miami for sure, and will hit some big 3's for them.

the NY Knicks are the flavor of the week. Hopefully some of the available players buy into the buzz.

Part of me is sick of hearing about every player who gets bought out considering Miami as a destination. They can barely find enough minutes for Mike Miller. I don't get why players would want to play severely limited minutes to try to chase a ring. Troy Murphy, Bibby, etc should go to a contending team that actually NEEDS them to contribute. IS it really satisfying looking at your ring and knowing you just signed on to ride coattail/barely contribute anything?

On the other hand maybe some of these guys will want to come to the Knicks and sign for peanuts once we're seen as championship contenders?

Becoz these players are wimps and they know they don't have what it takes to contribute to a winning team. So they just jump in to the one bus that seems to be headed home.
