I think this is your 2nd post that he is garbage or a scrub. Care to elaborate more? I am not familiar with Brewer and would like to have some insights.

he is. he can't shoot, can't dribble and plays a position that requires you to at least be able to do one of those things if not both...

I can't say that I've ever been impressed with Brewer. Everytime I see him play he makes some bonehead mistakes and looked rough around the edges, but that could just be part of playing for a lousy team and with no real guidance or support from a team leader and superstar. He may have been forced to do more than he's capable of. Role players get exposed without stars ie. the Cavs minus Lebron. His strengths may be enhanced playing with some stars that can handle the hard stuff.

Corey Brewer
HE looks like a nice pickup for us
his shooting from 3 point range is't that bad - about 30% - he can improve and he will have wide open shots
he is tall and thin - very athletic
he can be our new wilson chandler
I expect him to have great numbers in MDA fastball offence
LJ FOR 4!!!!

He cant shoot, makes foolish plays, etc.

Think skinny Andre Igoudala with no play making or passing ability.

So you are saying that he has a chance to be good.

Can't.

CBA doesn't allow it.

Well, Brewer is known as a very good defender and he is like 6'9". If he can play when "ME"lo, Stat and another one or two good shooters are out there I think it will be fine. We will have enough offense. He can really defend well is what I have read.

Also, as others have mentioned, he was playing in Minny. Sometimes a change of scenery is all you need. I think he will see backup minutes to Fields. He also can play SG and Fields forward for stretches. He was the 7th pick, so lets see what we got.

Hey, think we might have a Rautins sighting? We also now have Carter, but Rautins can shoot and Melo could always bring the ball up if things got tight for him.

I certainly hope so. I want to see what he's got. I think the team thought Rautins was better than Fields at the draft, hence the order, and they nailed that pick. So i've never been more excited to see a second round pick debut, with the possibl eexception of Maciej Lampe

LOL, truthfully, you and me both.
It's too bad Fields didn't get a three year contract like Rautins, that would have helped out the 2012 cap space. Anyway, his caphold won't be very large...
