I think he's acting that way because he wants to continue to receive millions of dollars to play a game. Basically a contract year for him and he's not getting any minutes. could cost him a lot of $

He's still supposed to be a grown man and a professional.

He was a starter last year and a borderline all star reserve if I remember correctly. He is also young and has had a taste of being "the man". I would think you have to sell him hard on a bench role. This isn't a seasoned vet who made his money and just wants to win. This kid is just starting out.
