He's just a passive guy, no way about it. He doesn't have the fire the Gallo has, he doesn't have the heart.

This guy, he's at his ceiling with his numbers now, with the way he's played this year. It's not going to get better. Big red flag with Chandler is his lack of heart, like man of tin in Wizard of Oz.

WE AIN'T NOWHERE WITH THIS BUM CHOKER IN CARMELO. GIVE ME STARKS'S 2-21 ANY DAY OVER THIS LACKLUSTER CLUSTEREFF.

I don't see him as passive on the court at all. I think that is why he works well as the sixth man. Just because Gallo is more demonstrative on the court does not mean he has more heart. Chandler has a demeanor similar to Duncan. I also would be very hesistant to say a 23 year old who has improved dramatically every year has hit his ceiling.

Normally Chandler's not passive at all. He does that play with Felton where he sets a screen but slips it really quickly and receives the ball going to the hoop. He drives to the hole. He knows exactly what spot to run to when Felton/Amare are doing their PnR thing to get an open 3.

But during that OKC game he really really looked like he wasn't into the game at all.

Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

BigGamer you should be ashamed of yourself for posting crap like this. "Karma" is coming back to get Chandler? I haven't seen a classier scorer in this league since Grant Hill.

The ten guys above and below Ill Wil on the NBA scoring list are all making more money than him and I'm sure have more endorsement deals and just better personal brands than he does. Whose fault is that?

Tell me how many guys get 17/6 per with 1.5 blocks and shoot 35% from downtown.

People's impression of Wilson is that he's just a spare part, but he's putting up numbers of an 8-figure salary guy. Is his agent doing a good job then? Every hack sportswriter says the Knicks have crap pieces to trade for Carmelo, referring to Wilson. That's terrible for his brand. Who does his agent have doing his PR? Its just a terrible job by whoever is in charge of his image. They should have been fired a long time ago.

Dude hasn't managed to get into the dunk contest in all these years. He's not even on the All-Star ballot. Come on.

BigGamer, would you be pleased with your agent if this was his body of work?

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

I don't know how much of that we can blame on the agent.

Chandler is just a bland dude. He's just not fun. He's not someone you want to hang out with. Tim Duncan has more personality.

Have you been hanging out with Tim Duncan?

I think you are confusing an agent and a PR man, they are not the same thing

If his agent isn't arranging his PR, then why are you crying for the agent exactly? Luchey might have helped him get drafted. His rookie salary was slotted, so what did the agent do there? He hasn't had a new deal since. I guess Luchey's been really grinding 24/7 for him huh?

Am I missing something?

Chandler is clearly not being represented in a way that increases his value over where it should be. That's what an agent does right?

There's a saying, "I can do bad all by myself" - I wouldn't be surprised if that's Wilson's next tattoo.

Nobody knows who this guy is and he plays in New York... I'd fire my agent too.

Excellent point, Marv. It's worth noting that tattoos correlate with personality disorders. Look at Marbury, Chris Andersen, Rodman. All freaks and weirdos.

Now look at Tim Duncan, Gallinari, Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Toney Douglas, Steve Smith, Robert Parish, Larry Bird - no tattoos or minimal tattoos, all very good people.

Amare seems pretty intellectual and normal to me

I heard Steve Nash has a tramp stamp.

Anyway, Chandler's hype/value is much lower than the level at which he actually plays. No point in having an agent if that's the case.
