I would have no problem bringing in PEjr.

Waive Rautins already and bring in the big fella jr.

Maybe once we buy out Curry we can bring him in? Or if we were to make some sort of 4 for 2 trade with a team, like, I dunno... Denver?

Ignore my previous post (now deleted). I misread.

Anyway, I'm all for bringing him back, if we have some open slots on the roster after a trade.

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

No problem with releasing Mason -- if we do that though, I'm bringing up a C/PF or PG (in that order), not PEJ. Gimme someone like C Chris Johnson, Courtney Sims or PG Curtis Stinson or even Orien Greene.. I even like Trey Johnson or Paul Harris if we were ever on the lookout for another 2...Power to this kid though, he's gone down to the DL and worked hard -- I hope he gets a crack somewhere..Guys that go down to the DL w/o an NBA contract and work their tail off deserve to get rewarded..Unfortunately for us, there are guys at other positions of need that I'd call up from the NBDL over Ewing Jr.

Make no mistake about it --- there's a bunch of solid FA talent down in the DL that can help out an NBA team..Guys that you can go get immediately that wouldn't require assets or compromise the salary cap to get..All different types of players -- bigs, PGs, wings, offensive players, defenders, rebounders...If a move didn't work out, if that particular call up was overwhelmed or in over his head, you cut them & go in a different direction in only 10 days..If a move did work out however, you look like a genius..No drawback whatsoever..I can't possibly see an argument against going this route, esp if you're a team like the Knicks, a team that could obviously use some bench improvements but also needs to retain their assets and cap space for much larger/difference-making moves when the time comes.. Generally, all it would require is a little roster management (jettison someone on an NBA roster that doesn't make a lot of money and isn't contributing) and then a little faith by the coach to use the callup..I just wished the Knicks realized this and utilized it. Ask Golden State how this works -- they continually find useful players year after year, Reggie Williams being their latest, perhaps best example..That guy plays on an all-star level at times...How'd Earl Barron work out for us last year? Looks like there are many others out there who are patiently awaiting their turn.

Terrence Williams averaged 28 points, 11 boards and 10.7 assists in the few d league games he played. It's D League.

He has played well in the NBA as well. I think he was sent down because of issues with the coach as well as issues on the court.

After the Miami game, having a more defensive presence like Jr, wouldn't be a bad thing.

I have always liked the kid. We are probably going to have open roster spots at some time this year. I have a feeling he will be hear eventually (as long as someone doesn't sign him.)
