I like the idea of getting Camby and Miller but not for Chandler

I say TD Curry and AR is more then enough

I think if we can somehow get Camby we could compete for title this year!!

Turiaf and Moz split back up minutes like they did in Chicago with 3 centers back in the day

Miller as a Back up to Felton and filling TD's minutes? But did I hear 2 more years on his contract?

How many does Camby have?

for what we have--Camby isnt the deal. I don't like his age and the few items I watched him this year--hes not the same player--for the cost and what we would have to give up---not worth it.

Briggs- you've wanted to try to go all in this season- if you were able to land Miller & Camby without giving up much- lets just say Curry, TD & AR- then you instantly are one of the better teams out East.

Yes, Camby isn't what he used to be, but he's still pulling in 10 boards a game.

And at present, our starting center is either Amare or Chandler, depending on how you want to parse it. Camby doesn't need to do a lot to have a major impact.

And Miller might be better than Felton in this system, and while not the defense stopper that TD is, can come in and provide a huge spark to the 2nd unit.

You make that trade, and I think you have to talk about 50 wins as a goal, perhaps one of the top 4 seeds and then ECF & Finals as the goal for the group.

Its early, I haven't had my first cup of coffee yet. Maybe I'm not thinking straight. But I don't think that is crazy.

Andre Miller would be a solid backup to Felton and they could also be an effective tandem at times, especially in the playoffs. Unfortunately I don't see anything I would want them to give up to make the salaries match unless Curry's contract is thrown in. I'm not sure if that would work.

Miller is an ironman, he rarely misses games. Neither does Felton. It would be nice to have that kind of consistency in the backcourt.
Watched Miller last night, he didn't look like a retread. That hit on Griffin was awesome.

Na I want guys who are 28 and younger---Ill pass. Id rather be patient in this case--if I did go all in it would have to be a real good deal that meets all parameters of what Im looking for that make's sense. Camby and Miller are not worth bypassing FA and dont really mesh in with what I want to do--keep the guys together for 5 years. You want to tel me Tyrus Thomas and G Wallace--something like that--then Im down with it 110%. Otherwise Id rather see if I could focus on a smaller deal to help the team.

Andre Miller would not be happy coming off the bench - he wants to start. He's not worth breaking up our chemistry over.

I'd do something for Camby, maybe. But that kills the cap space.

You guys crack me up... we've waited for ten years to have a young team with plenty of potential, and now that we do have it, you want to trade them as assets for proven vets...

Please !

I would take Przybylla. He's a defensive bull and a great rebounder

That is a fantastically hysterical idea. I know you had to joling, but in case you weren't, how would this help the Knicks either immediately or in the future (ditching Curry for anything other then ending contracts destroys cap space for next off-season). You had to be joking though...I hope.

I would love to have either Przybilla or Camby alongside Amare. Given Camby's awful relationship with Dolan, I just don't see it happening. I would gladly trade AR in the deal, but if it was for Camby, I would try and get Rudy as well even if we had to throw TD in there. He could serve as the backup PG we are missing and I believe he is an expiring (?). He could run PnRs all day and switch to Sg and play with Felton.

AR and TD for Rudy and Camby sounds great, but the salaries don't match
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)
