Or he has to go down in flames so bad at FIU that nobody touches him. INcludeing Little Jimmy.
What more does he really have to do to "go down in flames?"
Being the executive that drove the team into the ground, while paying $100M a year for the privilege, plus a sexual harassment suit worth another $11M, and poisoning the team isn't enough?
What does he have to do? Kill somebody?
All of that and Little Jimbo was still trying to bring him back.
What is the all Jimmy team?
Isiah: President
Vin Baker: Beverage director
Jerome James: Catering Director
Spree: Community Relations
Marbles: Media Coordinater
I agree that H20 might be in line. I think this signals that Walsh gets his option picked up for next season and they just take it from there. I suppose Mully or anyone else is not getting the gig.
H20 is a very wealthy man with like 6 kids including an infant. This is a solid dude but I just wonder with a sky high net worth why take on such a demanding job? If he does become GM its a pretty intense job. I realize some people are wired to achieve so good for him if motivated but If I had 20-70 mil net worth Im not working no 60+hours a week.
I also like Gm's with a little eperience in them especially a little failure. Lets be real, no GM nails it all the time and the best of them have had droughts. its how you handle adversity and stick to a formula rather than panic that makes you great. When you have tasted both success and failure your more complete.
Some of the best in all of sports have had ups and downs.
Look at walsh. Same thing. I'd love for the dude to get his ring one day soon. But he knows thru experience when to build and when to starphuch.
In Donnie we trust.
