the key to his consistency is going to be his effort getting to the basket. he had a couple nice drives including a nifty pass to amar'e. hopefully it changes in the next few games.

He had that streak of games when he was getting to the line at an amazing rate and how he hasn't taken one in two games...

Puzzling.

He has to continue to watch tape of himself--so he doesn't fall into bad habits. I really believe he should look to take more medium range shots and start his game with a drive or a nice 14 footer to get into a rhythm. When he had his streak of 6-8 20 pt games--he did it with in/out play--so it might be very beneficial for him to concentrate on being aggressive and efficient with his first couple of plays--maybe going to the basket or finding a nice 14 footer to hit.

gallo amar'e and felton can get you PAID man. they will make you look like a rockstar if you just let them. step up! let them know you down for a threesome!

That's why you should not believe the hype of the media and just watch what goes on the floor. He's never going to be Dirk or any of those guys so we need to get that out of our heads. Once you get that out of your head you will be liberated. If you really watch him play, even when he isn't shooting, he is contributing. We all want more, but in the meantime he's playing very well within the team concept. And the team concept is the main reason we are on fire right now.

It's all about the connections between the members of a team. The Knicks, they have good connections right now, they're working well together. He'll drop 30 on you real quick, but when he drops 5 or 10 points, he's doing other things. The guy is almost 7 feet tall and he moves like an antelope; that's special. You can't always break the game down into numbers, some of it is just raw hoops.

i watched the game today, and i watched the numbers. the number i watch most is the minutes of amar'e.

stat played under 40 minutes for the win today, thanks to shawne williams stepping up. that should light a fire in gallo's belly, cause there is only one man's minutes mr. williams is going after, gallo's.

Walker's first, then Gallos. This competition is great for us. If Gallo loses minutes it won't be because he's playing poorly, it will be because he is being outplayed. That is what we want.
