Thompson no longer fits there--but I know hes good. Randolph is simply out here--I think hes just not a fit and I think Indiana had interest for a restricted #1. Its a case of players not fitting and not playing well becasue of that fit--and a change of scenery is in everyone best interests.

sensible trade, addresses some issues we have, would not mind exploring that trade after 30 or so games, but 12 games in I feel its to early to trade away pieces without seeing what this team can do once on track?
