WTF is he doing, he's gone through 3 GMs 2 president of ops..Is he part of Dolan's family,is he banging one of dolans relatives..When you really sit and think about it, it's really strange and very unusual.

Like clyde, most former players become TV anouncers, or analyst for there former teams, herb has made it through mutiple regimes, and 100's of players...lol

It's one of two things.

1.) Either he has someone in the front office that loves him and will never let him go
2.) Or he's a damn good coach and that's why people keep him around

Either way, we don't know, so it's tough to cast judgement.

I just hope that people will like me

you would hope it's because of his knowledge, and people skills, but at the same time, those are qualities of a good head coach. He's been pass on twice (during 2 interview attemps) overlook the other 4 times altogther..

The funny thing is, he should be the one next to Breen, and clyde should be in his positon

C'mon guys, you can't "Teach" greatness!!!!

Clyde was a great player. He is a good broadcaster who gets notes form the producers and he reads them.

Mark Jax was very good player who had some great shooters around him and he played a long time. He is a smart, but lets not fall in love with broadcasters calling a game. They are prepared and they get help doing it.

Everyone seems better than MDA when we are losing, but the fact remains the game and the players are a big puzzle and the conditions always change!
