They are not playing Thompson and both he and Gallo are on rookie deals. Sacramento has a ton of bigs including Cousins so Thompson is expendable. I think if the Knicks are offered this deal they have to consider it.

Thanks for the explanation. I havent been keeping up with Sacremento.

I'd settle for Whiteside and Greene personally. Thompson has no role here.

This is an anti MDA trade--Im done with that guy--now build the team right and start with the frontline and build back.

I'd like to see Whiteside against nba competition. So far he's played for two minutes this season and the only thing he's done in that very limited time is commit two fouls.

at this point i'll change the coach before i change the players, unless im gettin a CP3 or Melo small trades wont change the basis of this team. MDA has the enough talent to work with, it's on him to get this ship on course, I think you got it right the first time when you wanted these two here, Gallo is gonna be fine, he might need a re-adjusment period but he showed he can play at a fairly hi level last year. Randolph Im a bit more worried about, but you did the homework for us briggs, you gave us the heads up on this guy, he's oozing with ability, whats happening I do not know, but it's MDA jobb to allow this talent to flourish on the court.

give the kids some time, and in 30 games we'll discuss this trade scenario again....

I just want to get back to brick and mortars basketball--I have enough of this MDA stuff. We have Aamre--now build up the frontline--ipen cap sapce for Carmelo and draft a high quality back up PG. get rid of anything that is a hybrid player and or soft. Go with toughness brains and skill.

Is the New Years Eve Year in review? Also, Thompson is still available and would be a good pick up for a team in my opinion. He doesn't have much of a role in Sac unless Hayes or Cousins gets hurt.

No, it's just a reminder how last season started and that maybe we should give this team more than three games to figure it out.
