Directv offers MSG in HD. Dish does not. That makes the decision easy for me when it comes to League Pass.
Directv has the most games in HD because they just re-map their RSN's(Regional Sport Networks) to the League Pass Channels.
ATT-U-verse doesnt even offer NBA League Pass but sports on their service looks like pure ****.
I have heard that Direct TV blocks out games if your not in the NEW YORK area.
I have the YES channel. Good right? THey don't show Yankee or Net games. The broad cast talk shows during games.
Think about it, if I got games I might not get league pass if IM a Net fan. Or MLB service if a yankee fan.
Cavs over the Heat? To CAV or CAV not? That is the queston!
You have to pay for NBA League Pass to see out of region basketball. You have to pay for NHL Center Ice to see out of region hockey. The sames goes for MLB. Directv must block it out based on your location.
Directv carries RSN's from all over the country in HD. This gives them a MAJOR advantage when it comes to HD sports. Directv and Dish even do Dual Feeds for most games. This way I get to listen to Clyde all season instead of ANNOYING announcers.
