With Allan Houston in his prime, we win maybe 45 games. He sucked on defense, and we still wouldn't have rebounding under control.
Rose is not the answer.

The thing that matters, more than trades, development or anything, is healthy strong consistent Amare over the next 4-5 years. Then he could join the all time Knick dream team.

PF Undetermined
SF Bernard King
SG Sprewell

I think H2O is the kind of game you want Gallo to develop. Just because your primary weapon is a jumper doesnt mean you cant be a bigtime scorer.

Finally, someone who realizes the value of an electric SG who played the whole 50 x 94 and could change the game by hisself.
Yeah I've got a Spree mancrush. Shoot me. The numb fluck played the game the right way. All out. All 48. And don't give me the standard Bippee argument about Black Jesus with no knees.

If anything should have given everyone H2O intolerance, it was watching Spree play next to that disappearing, one trick, stupid azz, never ending jab stepping Mr. Softee. And that's how I really feel. Go analyze yourself.

Sprewell and Frazier in the backcourt would be some defensive tandem.

This lineup won't hit many shots from outside the 3pt line, though.

Yeah, I forget, who's got the record for most consecutive 3's ever made in the NBA with no misses? Oh yeah, Sprewell. Spree would go fricking apesheet with a lineup like this...

Please, somebody stop me before I have his baby...

I think we're pretty good at SF. We got Chandler very solid, with Gallo backing him up.
Having a lights out steady shooter at SG would round us out perfectly.

What about our Knicks dream team!! (I thought that was where this thread was heading.)

No, this is an Allan Houston circle jerk thread. Because we don't care about defense, just jump shooting clowns that quit on the other side of the floor. Lets put Stephon Marbury in with Allan Houston and Amare! Unstoppable.

Coming from a guy who had a mancrush on Eddue Curry. lmao. Don't worry, you were one of a number of people on this board.

I said I was wrong about Curry but I guess you would rather not remember that. Whatever bro. You're the one with the man crush, ALLANfan20!

Not to mention Houston was stone-cold clutch. I can't believe how many guys don't remember Houston shooting down the vile Miami Heat with the clock running out, one of the greatest shots in Knicks history?

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Yeah, the best "pure shooter" in the game, and what's his greatest Knick highlight? A three AND one, ala LJ? No. A three that wins the game with no time left on the clock? No. It's a floating bouncer in the lane that made Mark Jackson's teardrop shot look positively manly. How is watching that stupid shot bounce off everything but Spike's hat become one of the greatest shots in Knick history? And that one shot eradicates an entire Knick career of disappearing in the 3rd and 4th quarters of games?

Some times I can't believe you guys. Houston's shot beat the Miami heat in the game 5 of a series with no time left on the clock when the Knicks were a #8 seed and the Heat were #1!!

So what if it didn't swish? Because Houston had an incredibly soft touch he made the shot under duress from Dan Majerle. Every shooter in the game should take lessons from Houston on how to shoot, so their shot has a chance to go in even if it doesn't swish.

That "stupid shot" And disappearing in fourth quarters? You're out of your mind. You don't know what you're talking about. You're making things up. The exact opposite is true - Houston was clutch his entire career.

You're off your rocker, simple as that. Hit the books. Do some studying. Then come back and present a rational viewpoint. Hint: It won't be dissing Allan Houston's shot or even mention his not being clutch throughout his career.

***

P.S. That is not just Allan Houston's greatest highlight, that is one of the greatest highlights in Knicks history, no "ifs", "ands" or "buts". To say otherwise is silly.
