60 percent of that list are second round rookies or coming off a terrible seasons. Only one is a starter and two will play meaningful minutes.

There's one issue I see with felton...thats the p\r, a staple of MDA's system...as easy as it looks its probably the most difficult to run it properly..when its run correctly there's no defending it...because you should have 3 options...a wide open 3, a open lane for your pg, or a easy ass lay up for the man setting the pick...

TD was horrible at it, nate was super inconsistant with it, duhon was pretty good at it, just not quick enough.

I'm wondering if mike gave the same footage of nash to felton when they sign him..he did it for duhon which help him out tremendously

Man people really are unsure about Felton. I think the LB style of play really hurt this guys rep. He's back in his element now and his shooting from everything i've seen and heard has really improved and isn't just a fluke. Guys you have to remember that MANY players come into the NBA with suspect shooting but develop the jumper during their career. He seems to be doing just that. As for the PnR, Felton is a PURE PG, i've never heard of him having any limitations when it comes to passing and setting up his teammates. From the practice videos i've seen he seems to be in full swing already.

Shooting is improved over last year IMO. We added guys that should be able to help spread the floor. Gallo, TD, AZ & Mason are very good shooters and with Rautins and Fields as situational subs, that should be enough coverage to keep the floor spread. The only question is will AZ be healthy enough to contribute this year. There's no question about his stroke.

I haven't been this excited for a Knicks season in a long time. I think they can win over 40 games if things go right. There's talent on this team and a LEGIT stud in the low blocks. That's a recipe for winning basketball. Hopefully guys stay healthy and Gallo + Randolph emerge.
