Lol Ramrod--that guy was Ramrod. Yes that is probably older than most of the people who post here and have no clue that I am saying. I'm insulted but also its funny!! My wife's friends think I have a resemblance to Val Kilmer both pre and post weight gain--because I was up there myself over 300 for a period. Better to be healthy and lay of the cake next to the computer lol I didn't expect this thread to take a life of it's own on--but if you cant laugh at your self--why bother.
