look, you need guys to fill certain roles in the NBA. not every guy can do it all, and not every guy NEEDS to do it all. it's better to have a balanced team of guys who know their roles.

House fills the role as a spacer and shooter and veteran presence.

we're talking about building a TEAM - a playoff team - and house has proven he has a role on playoff teams in boston and phoenix.

Damon Jones is also available. I don't know how much he has left, but he's useful if he can still knock down a three. I also wouldn't mind bringing Anthony Carter in if he's available.
