Chandler isn't a SG.

He can hold the position down as a stop gap but if you want to win games, and many at that, you don't put Chandler at SG.

His numbers went up once he was switched over to SG. Last year he didn't even practice in the off season and improved his numbers. He has the capability to post up almost all sgs in the league. He has a very good mid range game a lot similar to Hamilton. He is not a bad passer, all he has done is elevate his game every year that he has been in the NBA. I am confident in his ability that he will make improvement in the ball handling area of his game and slash more to the basket. I understand you are looking for a super aggressive sg. I expect Chandler to become more aggressive with Harrington and T-Mac being gone. As of now he is one of the veterans on the Knicks. Give Chandler a chance and he will produce that is all he has done since being in the NBA. Don't take that for Granted. I know a lot of you guys want to run him out of town, don't go there the man has talent and he has enough of it to make some other team very happy and enough of it to come back and bite us in the arse.

He needs to be able to shoot to be a shooting guard and he has no shot.

Chandler, no shot? Dude can't hit the 3 with any consistency at ALL but his midrange is quite nice.

There's really not that many pure sg in the league (like a reggie or houston) your either a pg/sg or a sg/sf..

Rip is a pure sg, but everyone knows MDA wants players (other then he's pg) who can play multiple positions, something RIP can not do.

MDA's defense appears to be just switching and rotating to cause mis-matches..thats why he so hell bent on having defensive players, unlike a JVG who can get by with mediocre defenders, becuase he runs a solid defensive system.

Azubuike is just as good besides Knicks can't afford morrow.

Buike is gonna be good. Patella tendon injuries usually heal fast so I except him to be like Raja just stronger. Chandler/buike/walker will be a nice rotation....add Fields and training camp just got gully.

Experience and leadership is my main concern. Wilson is no leader. Buike is quiet as well. Hope Felton can step that up big time.

His mid range is mediocre and his handle is below average. That's not a shooting guard.

Wilson is more of a slasher than he is a shooter, even though he takes a ridiculous amount of 3's for his percentages.

Hope you are correct about the injury- sounds like he has not made the best of progress- don't think Donnie would make mention of a SG if he was on pace to be ready when the season starts.

Saw some clips of him against us last year- some great drives to the basket, and he uses both hands, if I remember correctly. If his injury does not set him back, I would look at him as someone we might want to keep around after this year.

By the way, hope you have more than just mayo and strawberry jelly in your fridge, now. Nice that you let the little folk have a look at your life via Twitter. (...not a stalker- just clicked on your link while reading Hahn)

i'm not interested in targetting Rip Hamilton, dude has gotten tossed in more than a few games i can remember... that's not thinking of the team, that's letting your emotions get the better of you... plus his contract is not fitting with the new 2011 plan.
