There have been three stars on one team before and the result doesn't always equate to championships. You have to play the game and when there is a clock to each specific game any team has a chance to win. Its just a matter of playing good defense and doing your thing on the offensive end.

If the Lakers let Fisher go to the Heat they would be pretty much shooting themselves in the foot. But Lakers have done the Heat favors in the past.

Best player in the game, best coach, best bench. Add in the chemistry factors after all these years now of making Finals runs.
Kobe defeating the three headed monster = GOAT.
You know I'm not totally sold on LA getting out the West this year. I think they lucked out this year in that Denver and Dallas met matchup nightmares in the first round. But I can't imagine either of those teams getting bounced two years in a row without facing LA.

Weren't you the one that went back n forth with me, saying that Dallas is better than LA ?
If so, I hope you've touched base with reality.

You have to admit that LA lucked out bigtime? Denver not having Karl and Dallas just having a generally ****ty coach.
Hey I'm ready to take the heat but I think Dallas lost because of bad coaching I think the tools are there for them to get to the top. I'm just hoping that Carlisle gets his walking papers because he's an atrocious coach and not ready for the next level.

So let me get this right. LA goes on the repeat as champs, yet you think a Dallas team who lost badly in the first round could've won it all ?
Where's the logic in that ?

Look to become Champs everything has to be firing on all cylinders and Dallas' coaching is very sub-par. But I do think there is a lot of threat out West for LA besides Dallas.

I'm not disagreeing with you when you say you have to fire on all cylinders to win it all.
I'm just saying that Dallas can't beat LA in a 7 game series with the current rosters that each team has.
