I like the idea that we have a young team, and I want to see some of our young players emerge as leaders. Having Harrington around at this point will retard the growth of players like Gallo, Chandler, and Randolph, and will take away playing time of other players who we will want to see develop.
Harrington is also not the kind of player who keeps the ball moving and makes that extra pass. In most cases, any kind of flow a team has on offense is usually brought to a halt when he gets the ball.
